Use the Takeoff Total as a condition to route the change requests using workflow. Rather than use "Rough Estimate" (which is found under the Dates tab which is not a logical place to look and our Project Managers are having a hard time remembering where it is, use something that appears at the top of the Change Request screen. It makes more logical sense to use.
