Add "easy" button to Projected Cost Entry; when job is complete we need an easy way for PM's to make all projected cost equal actual costs to date in one step. Unit price jobs require a line by line entry. (Viewpoint has this)
It would be most helpful to have this function at the job level rather than a default selection Y/N. We've had multiple cases where a job has been closed in error or just prematurely.

This is a feature today.
On Job Cost Installation, select the 'Set projected costs, quantities and hours to actual when job is complete'.
Then when the job is set to a Complete status, projections are changed.
