currently if viewing the vendor payment history - you are limited on the number of records - 5000+/- - when you have a vendor with a large number of invoices and a long history - years you cannot view all the history on screen - this should either be expanded to allow more history - or have options for the history period time you want to see - so that if you are looking for older invoices in a time period they can still be viewed on screen.

Just some follow-up here. We are not able to change this limitation so we are stuck as it is today.
This is a limitation on the tool we use to display these items. You are correct in that using the Advanced Selections to limit the date range helps some, but completely understand the issue.
