Being able to flag that an AP invoice has been billed on a job would help our AR department know what has and has not been billed. With AP invoices being updated constantly, it's very time consuming for the AR department stay on top of what has already been billed and what is yet to be billed at any given time with jobs that cover multiple months. Would it be possible to have a column somewhere in the Job Cost History view, when grouped by vendor, that could be checked to indicate that an invoice had been billed? This would need to save to the next time the screen was opened. Another option would be a box somewhere in the vendor payment history that could be checked and then would transfer over to the Job Cost History view when grouped by vendor. This would save our AR department a lot of time and be very helpful!
