Report of Pay Rate Changes

Would like a report that would list employee hire date, title, and pay rate changes since the hire date. In essence a pay rate change history report.  With 400+ employees, it's hard to keep track of who is due for a raise, how long it been since an employee has had a raise and if employees with the same title are all at the same pay rate or not.  Does anyone know if there is a report in Spectrum that has this info?  I can only figure out how to access this by going into each individual employee's pay rate screen which is not realistic.  The Employee Master has some of this info but is not complete.
