We have a group who have employees who have multiple job tiles on one job. When we print our certified payrolls for these Davis Bacon employees it only shows one title from the employee master screen? How can we show the same employee with multiple titles on the one certified payroll report and can this be manipulated? How can this be brought over?

This checkbox primarily deals with the Certified Report. It doesn't control much else.
I'm having out administrative person look into the installation of the screen.
Question: If we do uncheck the box, does it affect other reports? Will it still know to at least default to the employee's main screen for a job title if they are not on a wage code list?
Question for you: How is the Payroll Installation screen set?
Navigate to System Admin | Installation | Payroll | Printing. Make sure that the 'Show employee title on certified reports' is NOT selected. Then you will want to put the appropriate titles on the wage codes 'Full wage description' field.
Granted, if you have multiple titles on one wage code, you will need to set up different wage codes so the name would change.
The following is from the Help File:
If you select this check box, the software will always use the title from Employees as the wage description on the certified report. The user may want this option if no employees work across wage categories during a certified job.
Leaving this check box blank means the software will allow your employees to be reported under different wage categories and the full wage description will print from one of the nine levels in the union file or from the wage code description if wage codes are used.
