Several jobs require a listing of what each employee has for safety training on a project. We currently have no way to print out all the training for an individual person out of Spectrum.

Yes. The issue with the Training/Certifications Report within the HR module is that it does not provide the option to show all skills the individual employee has. The only options are to first either include employees with all selected skills or include employees that lack any of the selected skills. Then it only provides you with the option to select 4 skills. If I leave the skill blank, it does not pull anything at all. I tried to type all, but that is not an option either, I get an error message stating invalid code entered. (HR_TRAIN). If I select a specific skill and say all employees, then the report will provide a list of all the employees who have the selected skill.
We want a report that will show a list of all the training/certificates that an individual employee has. Basically what we need is the ability to print and/or export the Training/Certificate screen within the employee record.
The HR module has a Training/Certifications Report... Is this something that would be needed for any employee that worked on a job?
