NJ has employee contributions to Unemployment as well as SDI. It has been this way for years and we have paid for a work around "Special Services" since 2013 to accommodate this issue. Starting 01/01/2020, there is no way to properly withhold the amounts required by the State of New Jersey and the current work around will also be obsolete. In addition, the W2 reporting has to be done manually without the convenience of the NELCO service. If your company has payroll in New Jersey and you've found another solution, please contact me.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
