The "Expanded " Certified payrolls used to have Rates and totals for the Fringes paid. Now it just has the totals. When completing Federal forms, because they will not accept the forms from Spectrum, we have to manually refigure those rates since they are no longer on the report.
Also ... remove the Sick, Holiday and Vacation fields, or let us toggle them off. Holiday, Sick and Vacation are not supposed to be charged to a Prevailing wage job. We already have the right and ability to include the cost of those into the Employee provided benefits. For anyone that wants those on the report, give them a check box or something to indicate that ... or just do not include it.
Not sure why those unneeded fields were added and those needed fields were removed with Version 2020 R1.

Talk to Support about this one in the short term. They have a VPX that resolves this. Otherwise it will be part of 2020 R2.
