Our PTO policy allows a certain amount of rollover at the end of the employee's anniversary year, but the current options in Spectrum do not allow for this. We have to manually review time off banks each week to determine if an employee had PTO remaining at their anniversary and add any allowed amounts back to their bank.
Doing this for a 200+ (and ever growing) employee population is extremely time-consuming and should be an automated option in the code setup.
