Our PTO policy allows a certain amount of rollover at the end of the employee's anniversary year, but the current options in Spectrum do not allow for this. We have to manually review time off banks each week to determine if an employee had PTO remaining at their anniversary and add any allowed amounts back to their bank.
Doing this for a 200+ (and ever growing) employee population is extremely time-consuming and should be an automated option in the code setup.

This manual process is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors as our employee population continues to grow.
We strongly believe that automating the PTO rollover process within Spectrum is imperative for several reasons:
