I export data out of Spectrum for my 401k contribution file and we send a weekly census with current employees. Eligibility is calculated for re-hired employees but the termination date always drops off causing us to manually over ride the information. Also, for our service awards we calculate based on total time work and look at gaps in employment and calculate based on that information.

If I remember correctly- I think that if you remove it, it won't pull on some reporting. It's been a while and I just manually enter it back in when I re-hire someone now as a fix.

Can we get some more information here? We currently store these dates in the Employee Hire Date History window. How are you using the 'Latest termination date'?
I know that there is some old logic that uses that 'Latest termination date' so I wouldn't want to mess that up...
