when you run a listing-distrilbute function from one of the several available (ie. search documents). It creates a document with links and a file of individual documents which can be viewed outside of Spectrum. The issue is the names of the document files do not distinguish vendor or invoice number. I would like to rename these files automatically in some fashion to include vendor and invoice however my re-naming software can find no metadata on the files to pull from.
Unless there is another way to download document images?I need to be able to download all document images specific to a payment processing batch and am looking for a way to do this.
