Currently we have to add all cost codes, contacts, vendors, etc. in Lookups in order to have a drop down list for Forms Templates. If you linked the specific project information via Spectrum, we could choose a project for the form, then all of this information could be available and not have to be input individually. This is very time consuming for someone wearing many hats!
