I deleted Add-on and Deduction codes in an attempt to clean up and shorten the list. THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! The activity no longer appears in check history or on the deduction and add on listings after they are deleted! PLEASE GIVE US THE ABILITY TO DEACTIVATE THE CODES!

This is a big need. We have been with Spectrum since 1990s. There are so many old codes not used anymore. The ability to limit the number when selecting, scrolling, and reduce the risk of the wrong (old) codes being selected.
This would help us clean up employee files as well. The filtering option on the add-on/deduction code page is great, but just not seeing the codes on the employee page would be even better.
