Maryland law (Oct 2024) requires pay rates be visible on pay stubs. With prevailing wage jobs, we have some employees that have up to 5 different pay rates per pay period. These need to be broken out on the paystubs

Sorry for not seeing your response earlier - the image I attached is from the standard check print form. Are the various rates not appearing properly??
Geoffrey- the check stub you posted is great and would fulfill the requirements. We use the print checks option as our pay stubs and we don't use the Employee Kiosk at all. If the system can create that for your pay stub then why not have it on the print checks option?

I am confused as the current Spectrum check form already displays the different pay rates. Granted, there is an upper constraint that if you go over 8 pay rates...the system summarizes the smallest at the bottom.
Alternatively, the Employee Kiosk and HR Management print out a non-check form that displays all pay rate changes in detail.
