Employee Kiosk - handling of salary employees

we had a situation occur this past week with our payroll entry via Employee Kiosk.  Our payroll week end is Tuesday.  A salaried individual entered time on Wednesday morning for Wednesday time.  However, Spectrum V14 does not look at dates when it processes the redistribution of your salary across the payroll week.  This took the 48 hours submitted, reduced the hourly amount and only paid that to 40 hours for the actual week of work.  

We would like redistribution to look at the dates and then redistribute only current pay period.
