Certified Payroll issue is where we had an employee that worked on Sunday and because the work week is defined by Spectrum as Sunday through Saturday, instead of our work week Monday through Sunday, that Sunday workday actually showed as week 6, so the counter advances from Certified Payroll No. 6 instead to Certified Payroll No. 5.
We reported this a couple years ago, see issue 96125. Our state isn't going to like the report jumping from 4 to 6.
My suggestion is to allow users to define the work week in order to eliminate this issue.
